The Volunteer Coordinator trains and supports volunteers, ensuring they are well-prepared to contribute meaningfully to youth programs. They play a key role in building a strong, passionate volunteer network.
My name is Shara Jones and I am a native of Georgetown, SC. I am a graduate of South Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education. I have lived in Spartanburg, SC for the past 13 years and I am excited to serve as a board member for The 4 Love Foundation to help children in our community.
My name is Mironda Byrd. I’m a mother of two sons and two grandsons. I’m employed at Bausch Lomb as a Training Specialist of 24 years. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling and shopping. My favorite bible verse, ““Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.” Ephesians 6:13 NIV. I’m excited to be joining this organization.
Richard Guinn is a filmmaker and a former firefighter (Air Force and L.A. County). He served four years in the U.S. Air Force (Texas, Illinois, Germany, New Mexico, and Saudi Arabia) during the Cold War and Desert Storm eras. He was not only a firefighter in the Air Force, but he was also the Head of the Presentation Team for the Civil Engineering Commander and Fire Chief. In his four years, he received various medals for his time as an Airman, he also received a special medal for his special duties as the animator and the presentations creator. Richard, having gone to various schools (military/civilian), graduated from two fire schools/Academies, and OCC with a Film & Video (TV) degree. Through OCC, Richard did an internship with Honorary Oscar recipient Roger “King of the B’s” Corman. He has continued his education at USC Upstate’s Communication department (Mass Communications major with a film Minor). He hopes to teach film to young up and comers someday. As a filmmaker, audio visual tech., and broadcaster, Rich has worked with/for many companies directly or indirectly such as VideoCam (VCI) (Universal Studios, CBS, Disneyland and Disney Studios, Dick Clark Productions (Golden Globes) etc.), FOX Carolina, Nexstar Media (CBS/CW), and others like MTv. Richard currently has his own companies, In Motion Picture Studios and In Motion Pixels, and is also a part of Evolution Creator Studios with his partners there (Kris Harrison etc.). The For Love Foundation is one of two of Richard’s non-profit groups he’s involved with and hopes his efforts will make a difference in the world.
Terrance Bruton was born and raised in Spartanburg, SC. He attended District Five schools. He graduated from Byrnes High School in Duncan, SC. He also attended Newberry College where he received a scholarship to play football. Terrance earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Newberry College. Terrance is an ordained minister. He currently serves as an associate minister at The Travelers Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Spartanburg, SC under the leadership of Rev. Leon and Lady Debra Wright. Terrance is employed as a Regional Sales Manager at PPG Paints. He recently celebrated his 16th year of employment with PPG. Terrance is married to the love of his life, JoAnn Bruton. He and his wife JoAnn are the proud parents of a 7 year old son, Terrance Jeremiah Bruton and a 4 year old daughter Taryn Ansley Grace Bruton. Terrance is a passionate leader. He has a desire and a sincere passion to see the people fulfill their destiny through the word of God. Furthermore, he believes that the youth are not generation next but GENERATION NOW! He encourages youth to live by the motto “Dare to Be Different.” Terrance is a man after God’s own heart. His greatest desire is simply to please the Lord in all he does.
My name is Lucretia Small. I am the board Secretary for The 4 Love Foundation. I currently serve as a Guardian ad Litem and have been an advocate for children and families for more than 20 years. I am a graduate of North Carolina Central University where I majored in Family and Consumer Science. I furthered my education at North Carolina State University where I became a certified Family Life Coach. Currently, I live in Spartanburg where you can find me riding my Harley Davidson Street Glide, spending time with my grandchildren, in the kitchen cooking from scratch or just relaxing listening to music.
